Despite the craziness, Rupesh, you were a beacon of clam and such a friendly, happy presence at our wedding. We had lots of comments on the great organisation & flow of the different events from guests. We were just completely relaxed and having the best day ever.

Yesterday was simply magical, and a huge part of that was down to you. Everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to just be present and enjoy our day – which is all we could have ever hoped for. Your team were – calm, attentive, friendly and fun to have around.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you did for us over the last few days, and everything you have done over the last year.
Without a doubt, there would be absolutely no way we could have pulled off anything as spectacular as this without you. And it really was spectacular.
I know that you must have been doing so many things behind the scenes that we wouldn’t have even known about, and I really couldn’t be more grateful for all the time and energy you put in to making sure that this was the perfect celebration for us - and it absolutely was.
Everything ran so smoothly and I know that the majority of that was down to you. Your calmness and patience was a constant source of comfort during stressful times and you went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, and that did not go unnoticed.
You really are a star and a very very special person ✨💫
We cannot thank R1 Events enough for helping to coordinate our big day! Having the R1 Events team there took the stress away from all the smaller details, so we could be fully present with our guests and enjoy the day.
Run up to the day we had multiple meetings with Rupesh and attended a site visit with him at our venue too. He was patient with us at all times, flexible and always offered advice or guidance about the plan for the day. He took care of all the supplier communication from a month before the wedding and everything ran so smoothly on the day.
The team ensured all the small touches we added were incorporated into the day such as kids boxes, wine, stationary etc. Everything was on time and we needed to ensure that this was the case as we had a jam packed schedule with three events on the day itself - thanks again R1 Events for coordinating the best day ever!
Hey Rupesh, Just a personal THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. From beginning to end your support, guidance and patience was invaluable and for that we're ever so grateful. And I know at time I wetn into Groom-zilla mode - but like I said...don't think we could have had the day as it was without you.
